Green Amethyst—also known as Prasiolite—is a beautiful and somewhat rare crystal that brings a unique energy to Mabon rituals. While not traditionally listed among the most common Mabon stones, its qualities align beautifully with the themes of the Autumn Equinox: balance, gratitude, and transformation.
Common Sage - Sage is used to promote wisdom and bring in good luck. It builds emotional strength and may help to heal grief. Magickally, Sage is associated with protection and the granting of wishes. It appears in countless spells of kitchen witchery, especially those stemming from European traditions.
Chamomile - the magical properties of chamomile are often used for protection, purification, and luck. Chamomile is one of the nine sacred herbs in Anglo-Saxon traditional Witchcraft.
Cloves - The main magical properties of cloves are protection, cleansing, spiritual healing, and spell enhancement.
Sunflower petals bring radiant solar energy to Mabon, making them a beautiful and symbolic addition to your Autumn Equinox rituals. While sunflowers are more commonly associated with Litha and the height of summer, their lingering golden presence at harvest time makes them a powerful bridge between the seasons.

This is my first Lammas...and I bought the ritual kit because I find it's the best way to experience what the sabbat is about...you have everything you need...the vial, the candles, and the crystals..and a seastone....being a solitary witch....this was and is worth getting...as I am doing this review on July 31st, 2023...August 1st is officially Lammas...but, even if you miss it..you can use the ritual kit during the days of Lammas...Lammas may be once a year..but, the crystals and the vial and the seastone can be used the next time..or anytime....perfect for Lammas...
This was my first Litha..and my first Litha Ritual kit...and to be honest...it makes it to if you're a solitary witch...you can do your own celebration of Litha using what the kit contains...the crystals I was able to get was the Carnelian crystals...and a Seastone with the Litha symbol on it...what I like about this kit is the crystals and the Seastone can be part of an altar to remind one of the Sabbat during this time of year....but, this is the best way of you're unable to get to some public celebration...or you just have a busy schedule.....having a kit like this...you can still be part of the Litha celebration....I plan on getting any other Sabbat kits...so this is perfect..because you can still use it a day or two after Litha...(but, that's just me)...I love the Litha kit....
